Printed Picture/Image Information

Each and every print is hand inspected with the highest attention to detail. Archival ink and photographic paper are used to ensure longevity of the print. No water mark will appear on printed images. Printed images may not be copied or reproduced in any format.

High Resolution Digital Image Information

High resolution images are provided in JPEG format and are suitable for print publication as well as large digital presentations Images may be provided as TIFF or other formats upon request. Illustrations may be in JPEG or EPS format. The High-Resolution Digital Media may be used as a part of, Advertising and Promotional Materials (including packaging), Online or other Electronic Distribution Systems (including web page design), Broadcasts or Theatrical Exhibitions, any Products (including for-sale products) or Publications (electronic or print) materials for Personal, Non-Commercial, Non-Editorial use and Test or sample use.

Medium Resolution Digital Image Information

Medium resolution images are in JPEG format and are suitable for digital display. The image is normally sized at 1024 pixels high at 96 ppi. Width will vary depending on camera format and image orientation. These medium images are perfect for creator projector presentations, Power Point Presentations, web sites. post cards, etc..

Low Resolution Digital Image Information

Low resolution images are in JPEG format and are suitable for monitor digital display. These images are free. The image is normally sized at 768 pixels high at 96 ppi. Width will vary depending on camera format and image orientation. These low resolution images are perfect for web sites, Power Point Presentations, etc..

Restrictions

No printed or digital images obtained from the artispheres web site, whether free or bought, may be used in any defamatory, libelous or otherwise unlawful manner whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with specific subject matter. Licensee may not sublicense or, sell any of its rights under this Agreement but Licensee may sell or license derivative works incorporating the Digital Media in accordance with the permitted uses. Licensee may not sell, license or distribute its work in such a way that Licensee's customer can extract or access the Digital Media as a stand-alone file. Digital Media shall not be incorporated into a logo, trademark or service mark.

By receiving printed or by downloading and using the image you are bound by the terms of this image license. "Royalty-Free" refers to the fact that no further fees are charged provided you use the image within the terms of our Royalty-Free license. Image licenses are non-exclusive. Licenses are not transferable. The end-user is responsible for all liabilities regarding model and property releases, privacy issues, trademarks, slander, libel, etc., that may arise from their use of the image. Licensee may not distribute the image on a Photo CD, web site or by any other means intended to provide images for use in printing, building web sites, etc. Copyright is NOT transferred upon licensing of an image. Only the copyright holder and/or agent for the copyright holder may license or re-license these images. Licensee is limited to end-use. Licensee may not distribute or license images for use by others without purchasing a special license to do so. You may not license, re-license, sell, or permit others to use images licensed from artispheres.com or its affiliates, for design, advertising, journalistic purposes, etc.. You are responsible for the end-use and any legal and/or financial liability.
